Under the package, artisans and handloom workers whose tools or equipment have been damaged will receive ₹5,000 assistance, along with another ₹5,000 support towards losses of raw materials and finished products.

The government has also ordered temporary repairs of flood-damaged roads and canal embankments on a priority basis.
