Class X Student Adyasha Priyadarshini Rout Contributes ₹2,100 to Prime Minister’s Relief Fund

Redhakhol, Sambalpur :  Setting an inspiring example of compassion and social responsibility, Class X student  Adyasha Priyadarshini Rout  of Saraswati Shishu Vidyamandir, Redhakhol, donated ₹2,100 from the money she had received for Raksha Bandhan to support flood-affected people in neighbouring Nepal.

Adyasha handed over the contribution to the **Prime Minister’s Relief Fund* Rashmita Rout, and father, Saroj Rout, during the visit.

Redhakhol Sub-Collector Rashmi Ranjan Mahant appreciated the young student for her thoughtful gesture and praised her concern for people affected by the natural disaster. He also urged other students to draw inspiration from Adyasha’s example and contribute towards humanitarian causes according to their ability.

Speaking on the occasion, Adyasha appealed to students across India to come forward and extend support to the people of Nepal during the difficult situation. She encouraged students to contribute a small portion of their pocket money towards relief efforts.

Her gesture has highlighted how even a modest contribution from a young student can carry a powerful message of empathy, solidarity and social responsibility. The initiative has also drawn attention to the importance of encouraging humanitarian values among school students.
